Alan Jacobs to leave Citigroup

Alan Jacobs, a managing director in the mergers and acquisitions team at Citigroup, will leave the bank at the end of the summer.

Jacobs has been asked to remain with the bank until he has completed work on several deals. He joined Schroders, which was acquired in 2000 by Salomon Smith Barney and is now part of Citigroup, 15 years ago.
