Alcentra, a US debt capital markets asset management specialist, has appointed three people to its London office to boost its European presence.

Robert Bennet joins as group finance director from Baffin, a property fund management firm where he was finance director and compliance officer for six years. Bennet will be reporting to Christopher Damico, chief executive.
