The Alexander Mann Group, the specialist recruitment firm, has acquired an eight-strong team from rival headhunters Stephens International, as part of its drive to expand in Asia.

The team is led by Marco James and Andrew Farish, both previously executive directors at Stephens International based in Hong Kong. They join as partners in the equities sales, trading and research specialist's Alexander Mann Global Markets Asia unit.
