Alfred Berg leads €100m Kemira float

Kemira, the Finnish chemicals company, is preparing to spin off Kemira GrowHow, its fertiliser business, in a €100m ($123m) flotation. It is the first big initial public offering in Helsinki for four years.

The company submitted its filing with the Helsinki stock exchange on Monday and plans to list on October 18. Alfred Berg has been appointed lead manager.
