Algorithmics, the risk management solutions provider, has promoted Hugh Stewart to regional managing director of sales for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

Stewart has held senior sales and management positions at a number of financial technology providers and banks, including Calleo, SunGard, Misys, Bankers Trust, and Arab Banking Corporation.
