American Capital, a listed US mezzanine investor, has poached Nathalie Faure Beaulieu, head of French operations at European rival Mezzanine Management, plus two directors, to open a London office.

Faure Beaulieu joins European Capital, American Capital's European arm, after 13 years in the London office of Mezzanine Management. She was one of six managing directors and a member of the investment committee.
