Americas fixed income chief exits Nomura

Najib Canaan, head of fixed income for Nomura in the Americas for the past three years, has left the bank.

Canaan, who was co-head of international markets at Nomura for two-and-a-half years until switching to the US-based role in June 2003, left the bank this week. It is not known whether he is heading to another job.
