For a woman working in a male-dominated industry, Ella Rabener seems surprisingly fed up with the sexual harassment debate.

When I meet her, the Harvey Weinstein scandal and subsequent #MeToo campaign are in full swing, then a few days prior to publication a new sexual harrasment scandal emerges surrounding a men-only charity event in London. But on the topic of workplace interactions Rabener, who co-founded the UK business of digital wealth management firm Scalable Capital — which is now backed by BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager — says the nervousness in offices about what people can and cannot say these days is not right.
