Wouters Advocaten en Notarissen, the Andersen Legal member firm based in the Netherlands, has made three senior hires to boost its corporate, banking and financing M&A practices.

Casper Banz joins as a partner in the corporate department, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance and venture capital. He also advises on corporate litigation.
