André Roelants appointed to Deutsche Börse board

Deutsche Börse has appointed André Roelants as deputy chief executive officer following the takeover of Clearstream, the settlement house, by the German exchange.

Roelants is chief executive officer of Deutsche Börse's subsidiary Clearstream International and will be responsible for the newly created Clearstream Division.
