Apax Global Alpha, a closed-ended investment company, has announced its first set of annual results since the vehicle was listed on the London Stock Exchange in June 2015.
The fund typically invests in Apax Partners' traditional buyout funds and is also used to make derived investments - investments that do not fit with the firm's main buyout strategy.
