Arsenal kicks off £260m bond financing

Arsenal is set to raise £260m (€374m) to part-finance its new Emirates stadium in north London by issuing bonds secured against future ticket sale revenues.

The securitisation is the first public deal of its kind in the UK, according to Standard & Poor's analyst Robert Robinson.
