Aviva's chief executive Amanda Blanc has been appointed the Treasury's Women in Finance champion, taking over from former CEO of Virgin Money, Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia.
“We all know there is a problem, we talk about it all the time,” said Blanc during her speech at the Women in Finance Charter’s annual review launch on 17 March, where her appointment was announced.
