Martin Hall, the chief executive officer of Axa Investment Managers in the UK and Nordics, has stepped down from his role today, Financial News can reveal.

A spokeswoman for the company confirmed his departure and said he is leaving the company to pursue other personal and professional interests. Axa is looking for a replacement externally and internally, she said. She declined to provide any further details.
