Baer gains assets worth €3.4bn

Julius Baer, the Swiss banking group, achieved asset management business gains totalling SFr5.3bn (€3.4bn) in the year to last December, taking its total to SFr116bn.

After market movements, the amount managed by Baer rose by 12%. The rise follows the decision by Baer to concentrate its attention on asset management, and private banking.
