Baird, the US financial services firm, has added Owen Hart to its investment banking business as a managing director in the mergers and acquisitions practice. He will work across multiple sectors including consumer, technology, businesses services and real estate, from the San Francisco office. Hart previously worked at Cowen and Company as a managing director and head of West Coast M&A with a focus on the consumer and technology sectors.
