A senior dealmaker who has spearheaded the European operations of mid-market investment bank Baird for over two decades, is leaving the firm.

David Silver, a veteran dealmaker and one of the founding partners of Baird's push into Europe and beyond its home US market, is stepping down from the bank after nearly 23 years.
