Bank of America lifts CEO Brian Moynihan’s pay to $32m

Moynihan’s 2021 payday is his biggest since he took the helm in 2010, but still puts him behind JPMorgan’s Jamie Dimon and Goldman Sachs’ David Solomon

Bank of America increased chief executive officer Brian Moynihan’s pay by 31% last year after the lender posted record profits.

Moynihan earned $32m in 2021, which includes $1.5m in base pay and $30.5m in restricted stock, half of which is tied to the bank’s performance over the next three years, according to a securities filing released on 4 February.
