Bank of America chief executive Brian Moynihan received a compensation package valued at $26.5m last year, a 15% raise from the $23m he earned in the prior year, according to a securities filing.
Moynihan, who has run the bank since 2010, earned a base salary of $1.5m, unchanged from the prior year. He was awarded $25m in stock, half of which was performance-restricted stock units, and received no cash bonus, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
