Bank of America hires JP Morgan banker

Bank of America has hired William Wells from JP Morgan as a managing director in corporate finance.

He will be working on emerging markets deals in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region. Before joining JP Morgan, Wells was at Schroders, the UK investment bank, for 13 years, specialising in M&A and privatisations in central and eastern Europe.
