Banc of America Securities (BoA), the UK investment banking arm of Bank of America, has hired Jeffrey Burch and Mihnea Vasilache as senior analysts covering the industrial sector in its European credit research team.

Burch joins from Morgan Stanley, where he worked for five years in the US bank's offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. During his time at Morgan Stanley, Burch worked as a senior corporate bond analyst, focusing on the European utility and energy sectors, the Asian and Australian utility, energy and industrial sectors. He has also covered the US natural gas and Chilean utility sectors.
