Bank of America has shaken up the senior leadership team of its operations in Switzerland and Germany after the retirement of Manuel Ebner, who is stepping down after 13 years.

The Wall Street bank has promoted Thorsten Pauli to country executive for Switzerland, a role he takes on on top of his current position as head of equity capital markets for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, according to a memo seen by Financial News and confirmed by a spokesperson.
