Bank of Ireland scoops £80m Edinburgh mandate

The £2bn (€3.19bn) City of Edinburgh Council Lothian pension scheme has awarded a global equities mandate to Bank of Ireland Asset Management and is also looking for a manager to run a £120m UK equities brief, currently run in house.

Bank of Ireland beat stiff competition to secure the £80m global equities mandate and will now run it along with a European equities mandate it manages for the Scottish scheme.
