Bankers push through large secondary offering for UK biotech

Lehman Brothers, Credit Suisse First Boston and Cazenove have succeeded in getting away the huge secondary share sale for Oxford GlycoSciences, the UK biotechnology firm, despite a treacherously difficult market.

Lehman Brothers was sole lead manager and global co-ordinator on the share sale for Oxford Glyco, which was the biggest ever capital raising for a European biotech.
