Banks named for Spanish exchange float

Bolsas y Mercados Españoles, the Spanish exchange group, today named Banco Santander and BBVA to run its stock market flotation as global co-ordinators. BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are international bookrunners.

The banks were named following a board meeting in Madrid this morning.
