Barclays Capital hires for debt sales

Barclays Capital has hired Andy Isaacs for institutional debt sales in New York, as a director responsible for selling interest rate products to institutional clients.

Isaacs will report to Tim Cassidy, head of rates sales. Isaacs joins from Deutsche Bank, where he was a vice president in institutional sales for four years. Before that he had similar roles in fixed income sales with Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.
