The chief executive of Barclays has flagged the need to secure access to EU talent as potentially the most important issue for the City of London in Brexit negotiations.

Speaking at the Prosperity UK conference in London today, Jes Staley said: "Intellectual capital is the most important asset that London as a financial centre has."
