Barclays Capital is the latest bank to raid Credit Suisse First Boston, with the hire of Ed Brown who joins Tim Ritchie's global loans team as a director.

Brown will be taking on a new role at Barclays, heading a team that puts together leveraged loans. He will work alongside the financial sponsors coverage team and acquisition finance.
