Barclays Capital has raided Fitch, the rating agency, to hire leveraged finance analysts Faith Bartlett and Kevin Lennon.

Bartlett is to be head of marketing in Barclays' high yield investment group. She will also be responsible for analysing leveraged loans and mezzanine debt. She will report to David Forbes-Nixon, who heads the high yield investment group. Lennon joins Barclays as a leveraged loan credit analyst.
