Barclays Wealth Intermediaries, the private bank's offshore business, has made several new hires in the British Isles to strengthen it's management team.

Richard Gillard, a veteran who has worked at the bank for 24 years, starts a new role as European head of the offshore financial markets team, reporting to head of offshore financial markets, David Stanley.
