The wealth management division of Barclays Bank has created a new role of head of alternative investments, and filled the position by recruiting from Morgan Stanley.

Ravi Bulchandani joins Barclays Wealth as managing director, head of alternative investments. He held the same role at Morgan Stanley, working in the bank's global wealth management team, which covered Europe and the Middle East.
