Barclays Wealth has accelerated its hiring spree by poaching three private bankers from UBS to service its UK client base.

The individuals are Julian Bailey, who arrived at UBS three years ago from Kleinwort Benson; Anthony Marsh, who has worked at UBS since 2002, and Spiros Michael, who has worked there since 2001.
