Barclays Wealth has made two senior hires for its compliance business from rival Citigroup.

Dominic Stearns joins as managing director and global head of compliance. He joins from Citigroup, where he held the position of global chief compliance officer for its private banking activities since 2005, having joined the firm from SG Warburg in 1995.
