Music has charms to soothe the savage breast, according to 18th Century English playwright William Congreve who (to be honest) isn't remembered for very much else.

Dan Pinkerton, a 21st Century financial adviser at Idaho's Pinkerton Retirement has hit on a way to bring the message up to date, by serenading his clients on a violin at the start of meetings with them.
