Louise Barton, the former top-rated media analyst who lost her sexual discrimination claim against Investec Henderson Crosthwaite last fall, has abruptly withdrawn her Employment Tribunal claims of constructive dismissal and victimisation against her former employer.

Investec said in a statement that it regards the outcome to the proceedings as appropriate.
