Bats Chi-X Europe, the newly merged trading platform created from Bats Europe and Chi-X Europe, has announced its new executive committee.

The venture, which will see more than 35% of London-listed stocks traded through the platform and roughly 25% of European equities, was finalised on December 1 this year.
