‘Battle-fatigued’ care-home providers could be a private equity target

As Covid-19 triggered an unprecedented crisis in nursing homes in the UK, “battle-fatigued” small and medium private care providers can become potential targets for large corporations, such as private equity firms.

That’s according to Nadra Ahmed, executive chair of the National Care Association, who spoke to FN’s sister-publication Private Equity News.
