Russian BCS Financial Group has appointed Igor Goncharov as a senior utilities analyst to its research arm. Prior to joining BCS Goncharov was a senior research analyst in Russian electric utilities with ING Bank in Moscow. Previously he had spent six years with UBS in Moscow as a senior utilities and fixed line telecoms analyst.
