Philip Beale, head of the pooled funds division at Morley Fund Management, has brought in Lyndsey Pilling from Northern Trust Global Investments to strengthen his sales team.

Pilling, who becomes one of four responsible for pooled fund sales, was previously a senior vice-president and investment relationship manager within the client services team at Northern Trust.
