Bear Stearns creates proprietary trading group

Bear Stearns has combined cash equities, structured equities and clearing activities under new managers and formed a new proprietary trading group.

Bruce Lisman and Steven Meyer have been named co-heads of global equities. Lisman was formerly head of global cash equities and Meyer led the structured equities product area.
