Benetton family targets joint venture partnerships

The Benetton family, which owns stakes in motorway operator Autostrade and Telecom Italia's leading shareholder Olimpia, is set to restructure its holding business in order to make joint investments on infrastructure and utility projects.

The Benettons are planning to split Edizione, the family's holding company, and create a new venture to house its infrastructure and utility assets.
