Bob Benton, UK head of equities at ING Barings Charterhouse Securities, has left the Dutch group following an organisational review.

According to the firm, the departure is a result of the recent organisational update of the Western European equities division. Benton is to be replaced by Nick Cowan, ING's global head of equity markets, who will now also assume responsibility for the UK equities business.
