A former Goldman Sachs derivatives trader has left Getco Europe, the London-based division of the pioneering US market-making and high frequency trading firm, as it finalises its acquisition of a specialist derivatives firm.

Betty Shea, a fixed income trader who helped develop options trading strategies at Getco Europe, left the firm last month. The Financial Services Authority register shows she left the company on June 14.
