Barclays Global Investors, the investment arm of Barclays, is lauching four new exchange traded funds covering Asian and European mid and small-cap sectors.

ETFs are index-linked funds which are listed on a stock exchange and traded like any other share, with their net asset value based on the basket of shares they own.
