Stephen Cohen may not realise it, but the boss of one of BlackRock’s biggest regional businesses has something in common with rock legend Dave Grohl.

Cohen, who became head of BlackRock’s Emea operations in April 2021, began learning to play drums alongside his 15-year-old daughter as part of a desire to start a new hobby (he also tried his hand at paddleboarding).
