A hedge fund services broker, who sued BNP Paribas after complaining about a campaign of bullying and harassment against her by male colleagues, has won her employment suit against the French bank.

A London judge ruled in Stacey Macken's favour relating to claims of unequal pay, sex discrimination and victimisation. Her claims of harassment were dismissed.
