Tom Bennett, an insurance analyst at BNP Paribas, is to take on the newly-created role to help market investment banking services and capital markets transactions in the UK, Europe and Scandinavia to insurance and bancassurance clients.

Bennett, 53, has been an analyst at BNP Paribas since 1989. In his new position he reports to Calvin Redlick, head of financial institutions group (FIG), northern Europe.
