BNP Paribas names UK chief

BNP Paribas has handed one of its senior bankers in Paris the reins of its UK operations and relocated his predecessor to the helm of its Swiss business, as part of a top-level reshuffle in Europe.

Ludovic de Montille has moved to London as the French bank's UK chief executive. He is tasked with overseeing BNP Paribas' UK businesses including its corporate and investment banking, asset management and retail banking services.
