BNP Paribas has tempted Deutsche's Mike Heraty to become a director of sales within its US equity derivatives group.

Amine Belhadj, head of equities and derivatives for the Americas, said Heraty's appointment formed part of the continued expansion of the French bank's US equity derivatives business, and that additional hires would be made to the team.
