Two of the board members at David Harding's Winton Group - recruited in 2013 in a move to strengthen governance - have stepped down from the hedge fund manager.

Peter Sullivan and Dame Sandra Dawson, a former board member at Barclays and the Financial Services Authority - now the Financial Conduct Authority - both stepped down from their non-executive director roles on June 2, according to filings by Winton at Companies House.
